Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeals of the Town of Weston will hold a public hearing on Jun 16, 2026 at 6 pm on a request by Brendan Collins, regarding 78 Tyler Road (Map 65, Parcel 28) requesting a special permit for an addition, view documents at: www.westonma.gov/DocumentCenter/Index/5913; and also on a request by Tara Sullivan and Reid Joseph, regarding 24 Dean Road (Map 64, Parcel 11) requesting a special permit for an addition, view documents at: www.westonma.gov/DocumentCenter/Index/5914 The link for the virtual meeting will be provided on the Zoning Board of Appeal’s agenda posted on the Town’s website (www.westonma.gov) at least 48 hours prior to the meeting or you may call 781-786-5061. Under current state law public bodies may continue holding hybrid and fully remote meetings, without a quorum of the public body physically present, as long as adequate, alternative access is provided.

Weston High School Field 1 Lights

Aquifer Protection Overlay District Special Permit

The Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing via Zoom on 6/17/2026 at a meeting to start at 7:00 p.m. on an application for Aquifer Protection Overlay District Special Permit and Limited Site Plan Approval for 444 WELLESLEY ST, Weston High School where the applicant is proposing to install new pole lights at Field 1. The Zoom link will be provided on the 6/17/2026 agenda when it is posted to the town website. Testimony may be submitted to the Town Planner Imaikalani Aiu, aiu.i@westonma.gov. The applicant and owner is Town of Weston. The property is further defined on Assessor’s Map 44, Block 15, and is located in a Residence A and Aquifer Protection Overlay Zoning District and consists of a 4,498,968sf lot. Copies of the plans are available for public inspection at Town Hall Monday to Thursday from 8:30am to 4:00 pm and Friday from 8:30 am to 12:30pm or online at https://www.westonma.gov/DocumentCenter/Index/5920. Pursuant to Chapter 22 of the Acts of 2022, continuing COVID-era relief from the in-person requirements of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §§18-25, this meeting is anticipated to be held via an online meeting platform.
