Scenic Road Right of Way Work

Pursuant to Article XIII of the Town of Weston Bylaws, the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing remotely via Zoom on September 16, 2026 at a meeting to start at 7:00 p.m. on an application for Scenic Road ROW Work for 215 NEWTON ST, where the applicant is proposing to rebuild and relocate an existing rock wall. The Zoom link will be provided on the September 16, 2026 agenda when it is posted to the town website. A site walk will be held on Wednesday, September 11, 2026 at 10:00 am. PROJECT: Weston Quarry Residential (WQR) Project LOCATION: 133 Boston Post Road, Weston, MA PROPONENT: Boston Properties The undersigned is submitting an Environmental Notification Form (“ENF”) to the Secretary of Energy & Environmental Affairs on or before August 31, 2026. This will initiate review of the above project pursuant to the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act (“MEPA,” M.G.L. c. 30, ss. 61-62L). Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeals of the Town of Weston will hold a public hearing on September 22, 2026 at 6:20 pm on a request by the Town of Weston Fire Department regarding 150 Highland Street (Map 31, Parcel 5) requesting an extension to a variance for a communications tower.
