Notice of Public Meeting

Pursuant to Mass General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and Article XVI of the Town of Weston General Bylaws, Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Weston Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on October 13th, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. on a Notice of Intent at 175 Lexington Road filed by Mashour Moukaddem to raze and rebuild the existing single-family home with a deck, patio, retaining walls, new septic and stormwater management systems, driveway reconfiguration, associated grading and restoration plantings. A portion of the proposed work will occur within the 100-foot Buffer Zone and 25-foot No Disturb Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetland, Bordering Land Subject to Flooding and the 200-foot Riverfront Area to a perennial stream. Information on how to attend this virtual Public Hearing will be provided on the Conservation Commission’s Agenda posted on the Town’s website (www.weston.org) at least 48 hours prior to the meeting or you may email [email protected] for the agenda to be emailed to you.
