Scenic Road Right of Way Work
Pursuant to Article XIII of the Town of Weston Bylaws, the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing remotely via Zoom on September 16, 2026 at a meeting to start at 7:00 p.m. on an application for Scenic Road ROW Work for 215 NEWTON ST, where the applicant is proposing to rebuild and relocate an existing rock wall. The Zoom link will be provided on the September 16, 2026 agenda when it is posted to the town website. A site walk will be held on Wednesday, September 11, 2026 at 10:00 am. The property is further defined on Assessor’s Map 33, Block 27, and is located in a Residence A Zoning District and consists of a 32,420 lot.
