Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeals of the Town of Weston will hold a public hearing on April 8, 2026 at 6 pm on a request by Jinshan Shen regarding 44 Page Road (Map 14, Parcel 16) requesting a special permit for a new home; and on a request by Nikolas and Nicole Charos regarding 8 Derby Lane (Map 28, Parcel 24) requesting a special permit for an addition. Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeals of the Town of Weston will hold a public hearing on April 13, 2026 at 6 pm on a request by 269 North Ave, LLC regarding 269 North Avenue (Map 8, Parcel 63) requesting changes to the Comprehensive Permit issued by the Zoning Board of Appeals on 5/13/17. Proposed changes include blasting on the site and the replacement of a stone wall.
