Letter: Frustrated with Select Board decision

If Leslie Glynn was frustrated, I am more than upset by Weston’s Select Board pulling the warrant article concerning the HYM/Regis College proposal at the last minute  (Observer, Oct. 23, 2026). How irresponsible can five people be who are supposedly representing the interests of the people of our town. Why do this last minute? And then insult our intelligence by saying you didn’t have enough time to vet the proposal. You had nearly a year.

Let’s see how happy the abutters are going to be when Regis turns around and sells the land to a 40B developer and we have another Modera apartment complex on Wellsley Street. You think traffic is bad now on Route 30….  you just wait.
