Notice of Public Meeting

Pursuant to Mass General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and Article XVI of the Town of Weston General Bylaws, Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Weston Conservation Commission will hold a Public Meeting on September 1st, 2026 at 7:45 p.m. on a Request for Determination of Applicability at 520 Glen Road filed by Jose Carrillo and Maria Cardenas for the construction of a patio and landscape improvements. A portion of the proposed work will occur within the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetland and the 200-foot Riverfront Area to Bogle Brook. Information on how to attend this virtual Public Hearing will be provided on the Conservation Commission’s Agenda posted on the Town’s website (www.weston.org) at least 48 hours prior to the meeting or you may email [email protected] for the agenda to be emailed to you.
