Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeals of the Town of Weston will hold a public hearing on April 28, 2026 at 6 pm on a request by Carter Williams on behalf of Brian & Alison Elworthy, regarding 192 Meadowbrook Road (Map 33, Parcel 36) requesting a special permit for an addition; and on a request by Brett and Sarah Deware, regarding 58 Juniper Road (Map 11, Parcel 19) requesting a special permit for an addition. Pursuant to the terms of Article XXVI of the Town of Weston Bylaws, the Historical Commission will hold a public hearing on May 5, 2026, at a meeting to start at 7:00pm 170 Winter Street – c 1865 – Owner: Cousin – Application for Partial Demolition This house has been determined to be a “Significant Building” by the Weston Historical Commission. Weston Conservation Commission
Notice of Public Meeting
Pursuant to Mass General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and Article XVI of the Town of Weston General Bylaws, Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Weston Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on April 28th, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. on a Notice of Intent at 12 Robin Road filed by Kevin Zhao for required restoration activities associated with an Enforcement Order issued on the property for unpermitted work within the 100-foot Buffer Zone to a Bordering Vegetated Wetland. Work will include partial removal of an unpermitted retaining wall, removal of unpermitted turf lawn, construction of a secondary retaining wall, regrading, and Buffer Zone restoration plantings.
