Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeals of the Town of Weston will hold a public hearing on April 8, 2026 at 6 pm on a request by Jinshan Shen regarding 44 Page Road (Map 14, Parcel 16) requesting a special permit for a new home; and on a request by Nikolas and Nicole Charos regarding 8 Derby Lane (Map 28, Parcel 24) requesting a special permit for an addition. Notice of Public Meeting
Pursuant to Mass General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and Article XVI of the Town of Weston General Bylaws, Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Weston Conservation Commission will hold a Public Meeting on March 31st, 2026 at 9:00 p.m. on a Request for Determination of Applicability for 10 Farm Road filed by The Meadowbrook School for the reconstruction of a shed with an attached deck. A portion of the proposed work will occur within the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetland. Pursuant to Mass General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and Article XVI of the Town of Weston General Bylaws, Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Weston Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on March 31st, 2026 at 8:30 p.m. on a Notice of Intent for 38 October Lane filed by Matthew & Erika McAuliffe for improvements to the existing home, including the re-construction of two porches, the construction of two first and second-floor additions, invasive plant management and the restoration of native plant species.
