Wellesley Street Sidewalks
Tree Removal and Stone Wall Rebuild
Pursuant to Article XIII of the Town of Weston Bylaws, the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing remotely via Zoom on 10/7/2026 at a meeting to start at 7:00 p.m. on an application for Scenic Road ROW Work for WELLESLEY ST, where the applicant is proposing to remove 13 trees and remove and rebuild a stonewall as part of intersection improvements at Wellesley St/ Route 20/ Boston Post Road. The Zoom instructions be provided on the 10/7/2026 agenda when it is posted to the town website. A site walk will be held on Wednesday, 10/2/2026 at 10:00 am. The applicant and owner is the Weston DPW and Traffic and Sidewalk Committee. Copies of the plans are available for public inspection at the Weston DPW Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 3:00 pm https://www.westonma.gov/DocumentCenter/Index/6091. Pursuant to Chapter 22 of the Acts of 2022, which includes an extension of Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, this meeting will be held via an online meeting platform. No in-person attendance of members of the public is available but every effort will be made to ensure that the public can adequately access the proceedings in real time including a dial-in option.
