Pursuant to Section V.B.2.b and XI of the Weston Zoning Bylaw, the Planning Board will, at a meeting to be held remotely via Zoom to start at 7:00 PM on October 7, 2026, review an application for Scenic Road Right of Way Tree and Stone Wall Removal, Special Permit Article 7 Section V.I.6 Earth Removal and Scenic Road Site Plan Approval for a new 8,850 RGFA house at 59 ASH STREET. The Zoom instructions can be found below and will be provided on the 10/7/2026 agenda when it is posted to the town website. An on site inspection in accordance with G.L. c.30A, §18(a) will be held on Friday, September 25, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Notice of Public Meeting
Pursuant to Mass General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and Article XVI of the Town of Weston General Bylaws, Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Weston Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on September 29th, 2026 at 8:15 p.m. on a Notice of Intent at 4 Prescott Lane filed by Mike and Lauren Denklau for the construction of a raised garden bed, stone steps and landings, a mulch play area, walking path, pedestrian bridge, a fence around the perimeter of the rear yard, and the removal of an existing abandoned swimming pool. A portion of the proposed work will occur within the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetland, the 100-foot Buffer Zone to an intermittent stream and the 25-foot No Disturb Zone. Weston Conservation Commission
Notice of Public Meeting
Pursuant to Mass General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and Article XVI of the Town of Weston General Bylaws, Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Weston Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on September 30th, 2025 at 7:30 p.m. on an Amendment of an Order of Conditions for 200 and 0 Park Road filed by Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation to revise the proposed design for the reconstruction of the Hole #13 green, as well as grading improvements near Hole #5 to support winter cross-country ski use. A portion of the work is located within Bordering Land Subject to Flooding, 200-ft Riverfront Area, the 100-ft Buffer Zone to a Bordering Vegetated Wetland, and the 25-ft No Disturb Zone. The Town of Weston, MA, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for HVAC Maintenance Services. Bids will be received by 1:00 PM on 10/02/2026 at the Case House – Facilities Department, 89 Wellesley Street, Weston, MA 02493. Deliver your bids to the Case House Facilities Mailbox located at the front entrance. The service is estimated at $250,000 annually for minimally 1 year with 2 option years. Tree Removal and Stone Wall Rebuild
Pursuant to Article XIII of the Town of Weston Bylaws, the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing remotely via Zoom on 10/7/2026 at a meeting to start at 7:00 p.m. on an application for Scenic Road ROW Work for WELLESLEY ST, where the applicant is proposing to remove 13 trees and remove and rebuild a stonewall as part of intersection improvements at Wellesley St/ Route 20/ Boston Post Road. PUBLIC NOTICE OF ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW
PROJECT: Weston Quarry Residential (WQR) Project LOCATION: 133 Boston Post Road, Weston, MA PROPONENT: Boston Properties The undersigned is submitting an Environmental Notification Form (“ENF”) to the Secretary of Energy & Environmental Affairs on or before September 15, 2026. This will initiate review of the above project pursuant to the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act (“MEPA,” M.G.L. c. 30, ss. 61-62L). Copies of the ENF may be obtained from: Stephanie Kruel, [email protected] , 617.607.2972 Electronic copies of the ENF are also being sent to the Conservation Commission and Planning Board of Weston.
