Weston Planning Board
Pursuant to Section V.B.2.b and XI of the Weston Zoning Bylaw, the Planning Board will, at a meeting to be held remotely via Zoom to start at 7:00 PM on October 7, 2026, review an application for Scenic Road Right of Way Tree and Stone Wall Removal, Special Permit Article 7 Section V.I.6 Earth Removal and Scenic Road Site Plan Approval for a new 8,850 RGFA house at 59 ASH STREET. The Zoom instructions can be found below and will be provided on the 10/7/2026 agenda when it is posted to the town website. An on site inspection in accordance with G.L. c.30A, §18(a) will be held on Friday, September 25, 2026 at 10:00 AM. The property is furthered defined on Assessor’s Map 44, Block 56 and is located in a Residence A Zoning District and consists of a 3.81-acre lot. Copies of the plans are available for public inspection at the Land Use Office Monday to Thursday, 7:30 to 5:00 and Friday 7:30 to 1:00 and online at https://www.westonma.gov/DocumentCenter/Index/5979 . Under current state law public bodies may continue holding hybrid and fully remote meetings, without a quorum of the public body physically present, as long as adequate, alternative access is provided. Pursuant to Section V.B.2.b, V.G, X and XI of the Weston Zoning Bylaw, the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing remotely via Zoom on 10/7/2026 at a meeting to start at 7:00 p.m. on an application for Scenic Road – Site Plan Approval and Wetland and Floodplain Special Permit for 175 LEXINGTON ST, where the applicant is proposing a new 5,411sf RGFA House with associated work in the FEMA Flood Zone A. The Zoom instructions will be provided on the 10/7/2026 agenda when it is posted to the town website. A site walk will be held on Wednesday, 9/18/2026 at 10:00 am.
