Town of Weston, Invitation for Bids

Overhead Door Maintenance Services

The Town of Weston, MA, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for the Overhead Door Maintenance Services. Bids will be received until 2:00 PM on July 9th, 2026 at the Case House, 89 Wellesley Rd Weston, MA 02493. The work is estimated to cost $200,000. Bidders may obtain documents online at www.weston.org/bids on June 24th, 2026. A site visit will be held based on the direct request. This bid process and the contract award conform with M.G.L. c. 149 as amended. Prevailing wage applies and a wage schedule will be provided. The Town of Weston reserves the right to reject any or all bids, wholly or in part in accordance with M.G.L. Ch149.

WESTON CONSERVATION COMMISSION

Notice of Public Meeting

Pursuant to Mass General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and Article XVI of the Town of Weston General Bylaws, Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Weston Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on July 7th, 2026 at 8:00 p.m. on a Notice of Intent at 6 Page Road filed by Terrance Tivnan for the construction of a second-floor addition and a new septic system. A portion of the proposed work will occur within the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetland and the 25-foot No Disturb Zone. Weston Board of Appeals

Hearing Notice

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeals of the Town of Weston will hold a public hearing on July 15, 2026 at 6 pm on a request by Kent Duckham on behalf of Erika McAuliffe regarding 38 October Lane (Map 12, Parcel 101) requesting a special permit for an addition, view documents at: www.westonma.gov/DocumentCenter/Index/5942; and also on a request by the Town of Weston regarding 444 Wellesley Street (Map 44, Parcel 15) requesting a variance/special permit for installation of field lights, view documents at: www.westonma.gov/DocumentCenter/Index/880 The link for the virtual meeting will be provided on the Zoning Board of Appeal’s agenda posted on the Town’s website (www.westonma.gov) at least 48 hours prior to the meeting or you may call 781-786-5061.
