Photos: Fire Dept. swears in four, promotes three

Four new firefighters were sworn in and three were promoted on May 20 during a ceremony at Town Hall.

Four new firefighters were sworn in and three were promoted on May 19 during a ceremony at Town Hall.

Firefighters Bradley Rice, Alec Yerardi, Dillon Koster and Timothy Goodfellow were sworn into the department; Christopher Conlon and Victor Dalrymple were promoted to lieutenant and Robert Jarobski was promoted to captain during the ceremony.

Additionally, Fire Chief Justin Woodside awarded commendations to several firefighters for their work in the community. Capt. James Bazaz, Conlon, Dalrymple, Javier Gonzalez-Morales and Dillon Coster were commended for saving a man suffering from a “critical cardiac arrest emergency” on Sept. 26, 2024. Capt. Dean Munson was recognized for his fire prevention work in the community and Administrative Assistant Samantha Hills was commended for nearly five years of service.
