Notice of Public Meeting

Pursuant to Mass General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and Article XVI of the Town of Weston General Bylaws, Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Weston Conservation Commission will hold a Public Meeting on May 12th, 2026 at 7:45 p.m. on a Request for Determination of Applicability for 60 Westerly Road filed by Alexandra DiCosola for the construction of a 350 SF driveway expansion. A portion of the proposed work will occur within the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetland. Information on how to attend this virtual Public Hearing will be provided on the Conservation Commission’s Agenda posted on the Town’s website (www.weston.org) at least 48 hours prior to the meeting or you may email [email protected] for the agenda to be emailed to you. Weston Conservation Commission

Notice of Public Meeting

Pursuant to Mass General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and Article XVI of the Town of Weston General Bylaws, Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Weston Conservation Commission will hold a Public Meeting on May 12th, 2026 at 8:00 p.m. on a Request for Determination of Applicability for 33 Skating Pond Rd filed by Andrei Vlasov for the construction of a natural-surface walking path and replacement of an existing shed. A portion of the proposed work will occur within the 25-ft No Disturb Zone and the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetland. Planning Board Public Hearing

Special Permit Meadowbrook Day Camp

Pursuant to Sections V.B.3 and X of the Weston Zoning Bylaw, the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on May 20, 2026 at an online meeting to start at 7:00 p.m. on an application for a Day Camp at 10 Farm Rd, the Meadowbrook School, where the applicant is requesting a to renew the Special Permit for the Meadowbrook Day Camp with a maximum of 400 campers. The camp will operate from mid-June to late August, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 4:00. The applicant is Jonathan Schmid, Meadowbrook School. The property is further defined on Assessor’s Map 40, Block 20, and is located in a Residence A Zoning District and consists of a 12.5-acre lot.
